My dream is to change the way people think about food and meals and to help them live a stress-free healthy lifestyle. My idea is to support parents raise up healthy conscious children by bringing new ideas for snacks and desserts so we change the way children feel and act.

Baking is a lot more than gluten-free and sugar-free. It is about mindful eating, it is about the experience of savoring food. From the first look and the first bite you take from your pretty little cupcake I want you to enjoy the experience to the fullest in the right atmosphere and with the right people, or all by yourself when you are celebrating a personal success or just something you have achieved in your day. I want my cakes to turn your good day into a great one and to make you feel excited about food because food is life and life is a blessing.
I love local farm ingredients, homemade marmalade and nuts to grind at home and mix my own flours. I love local markets, where I go early in the morning to get the supplies for the weekend. I use BIO or Organic ingredients and I avoid or limit sugar and use different kinds of honey, maple or agave syrup, dates, or just less processed sugar.
I prefer to make myself the flour mix for my cakes and it all depends on the cake. Each type of flour has its own specific taste and in combination with other flour types add a new flavor, affecting also the color, the airiness, and moisture of the cake. My cakes are made with my own flour mixes and this adds to my signature.
We eat at home clean and wholesome every day of the week, but we always have dessert every evening. I make sure to plan it into our day because for me a piece of dessert at the end of the evening turns a good day into a great one. I’ve curbed our sugar cravings by making healthier choices and eating more mindfully. I use unrefined ingredients that make us feel good and actually add nutritional value to our body. More importantly, my desserts taste really good. They are for everyone who is a self-proclaimed health nut or a health-conscious person with a sweet tooth and an appetite for experience.
